Recently, our Group has acquired two brands specialized in dermocosmetics and hair removal, Depil Bella and Raavi Dermocosméticos: excellences of the Bioclean Group, the two Brazilian brands will be immediately integrated into the Alfaparf Milano portfolio, expanding the Group's commercial representation in Brazil in two new markets: hair removal and dermocosmetics.

Depil Bella is a brand that offers a complete line of depilatory and skincare products, with specific items for both professional use and end consumer, covering all stages of the hair removal process, including pre and post-depilation.

Raavi Dermocosméticos conveys the idea of well-being not only through aesthetic care but especially through self-care and care for others. The quality of Raavi dermocosmetics is reflected from their conception to their results. This is because technology is involved throughout the entire process of studying and developing the products, ensuring their effectiveness.

The acquisition will allow our Group to further expand the reach of its activities into new markets, strengthen the commitment to achieving ever higher quality standards, and support innovation and sustainable growth.
